Our Purpose

EL5 Consulting was the natural next step for our CEO and founder, Peter Huestis, as he transitioned away from his role as a Head of School. Successfully navigating countless challenges over the years has prepared Peter to serve in a new capacity. EL5 is the result of Peter’s strengths as a teacher, coach, entrepreneur, and leader coming together to help schools, school leaders, nonprofits, and corporate entities define and achieve success. Peter is most fulfilled by helping others while applying a growth mindset to ensure that he is always learning.

Our Approach

At EL5, we approach educational consulting a little differently. We work tirelessly to help schools, and school leaders, learn to help themselves. We believe a consultant should be a partner to ensure sustained good work and excellent results. Our experts conduct assessments of your practices while celebrating your successes and making recommendations for improvement. We lead workshops with your team to show them the tricks of the trade. Executive coaching and mentoring support is available and we will arm you with the tools necessary to be your best.
